We are located on the second floor of the Benchmark Business Centre. To avoid a ticket, please park in the marked 2-hour visitor stalls. Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room and your counsellor will greet you at your appointment time. On weekends and holidays, please dial 216 on the intercom no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment for access as our building is locked. Our counsellors often work outside our admin team's hours, if you need to contact our office after 4pm Monday-Friday or on a weekend/holiday, please email your counsellor directly (their email is on our website's contact page).
