We are located on the third floor of the Vancouver Block Building in Suite 328. Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room and your counsellor will greet you at your appointment time. When our building doors are locked, please dial 1328 on the intercom no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment for access. Our counsellors often work outside our admin team's hours, if you need to contact our office after 4pm Monday-Friday or on a weekend/holiday, please email your counsellor directly (their email is on our website's contact page).
